Kevin – likes the demolition proposed to make the area more useful
Gary – Noted that the industry there was formerly a Dye works and had some concerns about the chemicals that may be released into the environment
Others – Would like to see the Character of the old hotel/buildings preserved. At least the façade in some fashion incorporated into the future plans of the property

Ballot Measure – Amend City Charter to add Liability Coverage for RCOs
Provides additional legal protection from developer lawsuits for RCOs, such as WNCA

The results in favor of recommending the ZBA grant the variance were sent to the ZBA ahead of the public hearing on 5/8/2024.
Neighbor Concern
1:55 AM – Loud people in the private lot leaving the neighborhood.
Neighbor asserted that these folks were patrons of the Loft Lounge
Cars parked in the private lot – the owner of the lot would need to handle the removal of cars on their property if/when such action would be required.
