          • Kevin – likes the demolition proposed to make the area more useful

          • Gary – Noted that the industry there was formerly a Dye works and had some concerns about the chemicals that may be released into the environment

          • Others – Would like to see the Character of the old hotel/buildings preserved. At least the façade in some fashion incorporated into the future plans of the property

          • Neighborhood Traffic Impact? Traffic Study?

      • Ballot Measure – Amend City Charter to add Liability Coverage for RCOs

        • Provides additional legal protection from developer lawsuits for RCOs, such as WNCA

        • Vote Yes on April 23rd

      • Zoning Update on 367 Shurs Lane

        • The results in favor of recommending the ZBA grant the variance were sent to the ZBA ahead of the public hearing on 5/8/2024.

        • 1:55 AM – Loud people in the private lot leaving the neighborhood.

        • Neighbor asserted that these folks were patrons of the Loft Lounge

        • Cars parked in the private lot – the owner of the lot would need to handle the removal of cars on their property if/when such action would be required.
