Read in changes to Article II, Section 1 – “Territory” description
Proposed Change:
“The Association’s territory of representation encompasses the area between Main Street on the Southwest and Henry Avenue on the Northeast. The northerly border begins at the intersection of Main Street and Shurs Lane, continuing Northeast to the intersection of Walnut Lane & Henry Avenue. The southerly border begins at the Henry Avenue & Hermit Street intersection and continues South along Ridge Avenue to the Lincoln Drive Trail. The territory includes the area North/Northeast of Ridge Ave to the Septa Rail Right-of-Way (train tracks).”Spring Market
