    • Jeff thanked everyone involved in helping to facilitate the planning and execution of the vendor market event.

    • Very successful event on all counts

        • Marketing expenditures: $128

        • Net proceeds: $1,092

  • Woodlands

    • Update from Vicki relayed verbally by Board Secretary

    • Grant Application has been turned in and we will find out in Fall of 2024 if NGT is awarded the grant

    • Court actions are proceeding as expected

      • Notices have been sent

    • Working with the NGT on a 5-year restoration plan

      • Need additional surveys

      • Restoring native plants to support native wildlife

      • Several trees will need to be removed/replaced

  • Park Cleanup – Love your park update from Brianna

    • Good attendance from the community

    • Great progress was made on the English Ivy removal on the upper wall section of Hermit/Manayunk Ave

    • Some progress made on removal of dead trees

  • Zoning

    • Written update from Zoning Chair, Stacey Holder, provided verbally by Board Secretary on 4045-61 Main Street property

      • 5/10/2024 – The Historical Commission approved demolition, with the proviso that the work would not be started until the HABS documentation is complete with an approved building plan, that has the necessary permits, and the needed financing for construction.

      • The building proposal [previously noted as a 7-story apartment building] was denied and sent back to the Architectural committee for further review.

• New Business

  • Park/Playground Sign

    • Possible use of small grant money to be used for a permanent announcement sign/board.

    • Working on obtaining pricing and steps to have it installed

  • Membership

    • Was due in April, please renew your membership if you haven’t already!

    • Question raised about do we have a list of who did not yet renew to send a reminder?

• Discussion

  • Do we have or can we produce a list of new members / new member interest?

  • Parking & Transportation – Follow-up with Harry Hua and/or Josh Cohen
