      • Update from Vicki

        • Hearing on 6/6 was postponed

        • Private & Other parcel to join a “community garden” package by the city, the city will pay off the lien.

          • Renegotiating dollar amount with US Bank & Lineberger [sp?]

          • Could be fast-tracked to get a clean title from P&C [is this correct?]

          • The small parcel is owned by presumed deceased party “O'Connor”, trying to find and contact estate to determine the next steps.

        • Delaware River Keepers

          • Are available to “prove ecological value” for storm water runoff of the parcels if needed.

        • Bench/Picnic Table purchased from FB Marketplace, delivered by seller.

    • Membership Rate/Dues

      • Discussion on increase to $20 as minimum level

        • Too low still? Suggestions on $25-$30

      • Low income / Senior discount

        • Include checkbox on form, "financial hardship/difficulty/etc"

      • Discussed removing senior discount.

      • Update Business Level

        • Increase to $100

        • Perhaps only one business currently taking advantage of the business sponsorship and they donated $100 (per Gary)

        • Could promo them on the website, once 501c3 is restored, could be counted as a tax deductible donation

      • Tabled for future discussion/decision

      • Discussion on Transit oriented development areas along Ridge

      • Zoning - Commercial Automotive

      • Board to convene and discuss the next steps and decide who to have come and speak to group and inform of the upcoming zoning and transportation plans.
